We want you to love your glow, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns on most products within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of their contents remaining to be eligible for a refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select the reason for your return and download the prepaid shipping label provided; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Products
Securely pack the items in their original box or any sturdy mailer, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
